SCS provide a high level of service to owners and occupants, and always maintain a professional demeanour. Our staff training is tailored for each and every building, to ensure the safety and comfort of residents. All SCS concierge staff hold a certified First Aid certificate.

EXCLUSIVE CONTRACT FOR BUILDING MANAGEMENT
SCS manage all service providers to a high level of expectation. This includes HVAC, electrcial, plumbing services, pool maintenance, cleaning, fire service, lift technicians and security. SCS attends regular meetings with strata and owner committee representatives, and provide emergency repairs management and after-hours phone support. SCS also contributes to recommendations to the strata committee about repairs and maintenance and assist in annual Captial Works and Admin budgeting.
We manage end to end compliance checks and certification such as Annual Fire Safety Statement, Safe to Operate and Plant Registration.

EXCLUSIVE CONTRACT FOR CARETAKER (SECURITY) SERVICES
Bennelong Apartments and Opera Quays, Sydney
A residential apartment building and multi-use complex on the east side of Sydney's Circular Quay. The buildings were designed by Andrew Andersons and PTW Architects and completed in 1998.
The Bennelong Apartments consist of three residential towers, No. 1 Macquarie Street is the northernmost building, connected via a bridge at its southern end to No. 3, 5 and 7 Macquarie Street residential building. The complex houses a cafes, restaurants, cinema and shops.
SCS provide daily caretaker services to maintain a safe environment for occupants.
