The Bennelong Apartments is a residential apartment building and multi-use complex on the east side of Sydney's Circular Quay. Consisting of three buildings, No. 1 Macquarie Street is the most prestigious private residences in Sydney.
The main resposibilities include: welcoming all residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner, opening doors, receive deliveries, delivering newspapers and storing keys. All staff maintain a thorough knowledge of the property, services and facilitie, arrange access and monitor CCTV cameras, reporting any issues or unauthorised access.

EXCLUSIVE CONTRACT FOR BUILDING MANAGEMENT
SCS manage service providers against contracted service expectations such as gardeners, pool maintenance, cleaners, fire service, lift technicians and security, attend regular meetings with strata and owner committee representatives, provide emergency repairs management and after-hours phone support and provide recommendations and options to the strata committee about repairs and maintenance.
We also schedule and facilitate requirements for annual compliance checks and certification such as Annual Fire Safety Statement and Plant Registration.

SCS responsibilities include opening and closing the print facility, ensuring that users have left the premises, report security and general maintenance problems to the proper authorities, enforce procedural rules and regulations, ensure the personal safety of staff, visitors, and property, maintain security and safety for assigned area, maintain logs and records of occurrences and monthly report where necessary.
